Side projects · MIT
What I’m building at MIT, mostly with AI coding agents.
Glasswing Ventures hackathon · September 2026
An investment-research workspace for quant researchers. Pick a universe, stack signals like momentum or reversal (some of them AI-generated), set portfolio rules, and run the strategy against historical data. Save versions, compare two side by side, and export a Python bundle to reproduce the result.
Built with two teammates for Test Flight, the Glasswing Ventures hackathon (September 26–27, 2026). I owned the frontend, product workflow and demo.
A shared brain for my AI agents. One set of plain Markdown files that Claude, Codex and Grok all read from, follow and cite, so every tool works from the same context. This site was planned inside it.
MIT Sloan School of Management
I’m an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan, Class of 2028, pursuing the Entrepreneurship & Innovation certificate.
Clubs: Venture Capital & Private Equity, ETA, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and AI & Machine Learning.
Outside class, I’m hacking on projects and hosting the Cambridge Hold ’em Association.
Founder & CEO · 2025–2026
An AI travel agent that plans and books a group trip from inside your group chat.
Concept · where Tryps was heading
Mockups of the product we were iterating toward: Tryps turns plain-English group chat into native iMessage polls, then locks dates, holds flights, splits costs and runs the trip day to day.
I recruited and led the team across engineering, product and go-to-market, and owned the roadmap, hiring, budget and weekly operating cadence. Investors and senior advisors included former CEOs and technology leaders from Expedia, Western Union, Cognizant and Disney.
I also ran supplier and distribution strategy across global distribution systems and booking providers, testing commission economics and partner revenue models.
The companion app · latest design, April 2026
I chose to wind Tryps down instead of raising a bigger round, because there was no path to revenue without immense scale. The lesson I carry: talk to customers before you build.

Lighting the future: a nonprofit giving children in underserved international communities reliable access to educational resources and digital tools.
Working with the World Computer Exchange, Bright Connect has delivered 100+ refurbished laptops to students in Malawi and Zambia. It started with 80 laptops for the University of Livingstonia in Malawi, where Bright Connect covered the shipping. We work with local leaders and partner organizations so each project stays community-owned.

Coding boot camps and a computer-refurbishing club, run with a local computer science teacher.
Malawi
Laptops and desktops with educational content for all 44 community day secondary schools in Kasungu District, with 22 still to go.

Refurbished laptops for female students, in a country where computers are costly and unreliable.
McKinsey · Growth, Marketing & Sales
Helping sales teams sell more.
I led a six-month go-to-market and sales modernization for a $7B engineering client, working alongside its sales leadership:
Growth runs through the deal work too: a margin transformation for a major energy company, and how to sell a newly acquired AI platform through its buyer’s channel.
McKinsey · Strategy & Corporate Finance (M&A)
From “should we buy it?” to “make it work.” I’ve advised on acquisitions across the whole deal, for strategic and private-equity acquirers.
Strategy
Should we buy it? Buy- and sell-side due diligence.
Execution
Planning the integration before close, so the combined company works on Day 1.
Execution
Making it work after close, including a business transformation to grow margin.
Energy · Packaging · Healthcare · Financial services · Technology
Two of the mergers also needed a technology blueprint. I listed roughly 200 systems on each side (ERP, HR, CRM, video and chat tools), decided what stays and what goes, and planned how the combined company would grow with AI.
I also managed McKinsey’s M&A Integration Leadership Forum: two-day executive programs, four times a year, for 30+ clients before, during or just after a deal.
McKinsey · QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey
I built the pricing, commercial model and go-to-market strategy for McKinsey’s alliance with C3 AI, and helped land two multimillion-dollar enterprise-wide AI transformations through it.
Strategic alliance · announced at Davos, January 2025
The work came down to three questions:
I also helped design the partnership itself and manage it day to day.
I also worked on the combined go-to-market for McKinsey’s ecosystem of 19 gen AI alliance partners, including:
Also: the growth strategy for an AI data platform right after a global systems integrator bought it, including how to sell it through the buyer’s channel and how to pay the sellers. And AI/ML training for 50+ QuantumBlack data scientists and machine learning engineers.
